M and Em’s merchandise must be exchanged or returned to M and Em’s via in-person or mail (460 North Main Street, Glen Ellyn IL).

Meredith Jaye merchandise must be exchanged or returned to any Meredith Jaye location in-person or mailed to Meredith Jaye Wheaton (311 Town Square, Wheaton IL).

Return & Exchange Policy for Purchases Made Online:

All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt/gift receipt for a full refund.

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt/gift receipt for a store credit (store credit valid for 1 year). 

Preorder Merchandise:

The 7 and 30 day window for returns and exchanges will begin once the merchandise has been shipped to you and/or the day we contact you to let you know your order is ready for in-store pickup.
