Online Returns & Exchanges:

Online Returns: can be shipped to the addresses below or dropped off at the following locations:

M and Em’s merchandise must be exchanged or returned to M and Em’s via in-person or mail (460 North Main Street, Glen Ellyn IL).

Meredith Jaye merchandise must be exchanged or returned to any Meredith Jaye location in-person or mailed to Meredith Jaye Wheaton (311 Town Square, Wheaton IL).

Return & Exchange Policy for Purchases Made In-Store:

All returns must be received within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt/gift receipt for a full refund.

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt/gift receipt for a store credit (store credit valid for 1 year). 

We are not responsible for lost store credit receipts and DON’T track store credits. It is encouraged you take a picture of the entire store credit receipt & save to ‘Favorites’ photo album. Picture must include Receipt #, Receipt Date, & Barcode at the bottom.

We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that HAS NOT been worn, washed, used, or damaged, and has all original tags attached. ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No gift wrapping on clearance and sale merchandise.

We don’t provide prepaid shipping labels for online returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When making returns, please include the receipt in shipment along with the item(s) you wish to return.

If you wish to exchange item(s), please email info@mandems.com or info@meredithjaye.com for assistance with determining the availability of exchange item(s). www.mandems.com/www.meredithjaye.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

An email and/or text notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and refunded by www.mandems.com/www.meredithjaye.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise does not come back in original condition or past return/exchange window. 

In-Store Pickups & Standard Shipping:

In-Store Pickup: Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing with in-store pickup. In-store pickup for online orders is available for all locations (including M and Em’s) - select specific location at checkout. You will be sent an email and/or text confirmation that your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up.

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Order processing takes 1-4 business days (same-day or overnight delivery not offered). www.mandems.com/www.meredithjaye.com does not ship outside the United States. Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather are beyond our control. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Free Shipping: Spend over $250 for FREE standard shipping. 

Shipping Info: Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an undeliverable address.

If In-Store Pickup is chosen at checkout, however standard shipping is required - M and Em’s/Meredith Jaye will contact the purchaser for shipping payment before order will be sent. 

www.mandems.com/www.meredithjaye.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS to report and investigate the issue.

Preorder Merchandise:

The 14 and 30 day window for returns and exchanges will begin once the merchandise has been shipped to you and/or the day we contact you to let you know your order is ready for in-store pickup.

Promo Codes:

All merchandise purchased with an online discount code is eligible for store credit only within 30 days of purchase date.
